1. The applicant applies for leave to apply for judicial review of the Decision dated 12 February 2025 of the Torture Claims Appeal Board (“the Board’s Decision”), dismissing the appeal against the Director’s Decision as described below. His application is late. His application shall not be later than 3 months from the date of the Board’s Decision, which expired on 12 May 2025. His application was filed on 23 June 2025, which is late for 1 month and 11 days. This issue will be dealt with below.
