1.On page 11-27, the numbering of paragraphs 19 to 63 should be from 23 to 63.

2.On page 16, in paragraph 39 renumbered as paragraph 40, the 3^rd sentence should read:

“We have, for the reasons given in §§35 to 38 above, explained that these submissions do not amount to viable grounds to challenge the Board’s findings and the Judge’s decision.”
