The Applicant is a 36-year-old national of Vietnam who arrived in Hong Kong on 9 October 2018 as a visitor with permission to remain as such up to 19 October 2018 when she did not depart and instead overstayed, and was arrested by police more than 7 months later on 27 May 2019.
