Please note the following amendments in the Judgment handed down on 2 December 2025:-
Page 46, paragraph 65: “In HCA 1081/2012, I dismiss the counterclaim raised by the Relevant Ds against STL.” should read as “In HCA 1081/2012, I dismiss the counterclaim raised by the Relevant Ds against STL. I also dismiss the counterclaim for adverse possession of the Disputed Lands raised by CTF.”.
Page 46, paragraph 66: “…… (2) Ds’ counterclaim be dismissed.” should be deleted”.
Page 46, paragraph 66: “…… (3) There be liberty to apply.” should read as “…… (2) There be liberty to apply.”.
