This is an application made on behalf of the Honourable Michael J Beloff, QC, of England for his admission as a Barrister for the purpose of advising and representing Onshine Securities Ltd ("Onshine") in Action No. 1013 of 1993, instituted by Onshine against the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd ("the Stock Exchange") for judicial review of the decision made against Onshine by the Stock Exchange dated 19 March 1993, in Disciplinary Proceedings No. 62 of 1992, including appearing on behalf of O
