Please note the following correction in the Decision dated 18 March 2026:-

1.At page 8, line Q, paragraph 41, “How could LKH have released the Deposit to the 2^nd Mortgagee on 7 May 2022, and still on” should read “How could LKH have released the Deposit to the 2^nd Mortgagee on 7 May 2022, and still on 18 May 2022 the Buyer, HoldCo, BidCo, and the 2^nd Mortgagee wrote to say LKH was holding the money and to ask for release?”.
