1. On 29 April 2025, Deputy High Court Judge Bruno Chan refused to grant leave to the applicants to seek judicial review against the decisions of the Torture Claims Appeal Board (“ the Board ”) concerning their non-refoulement protection claims [1] . The 1 st applicant lodged a Notice of Appeal against the said decision of the judge on 12 May 2025, for herself and on behalf of the 2 nd and 3 rd applicants.
