Please note the following corrigendum in the Reasons for Ruling on Forfeiture dated 23 March 2026:

1.In paragraph 24 on page 8, line T,  add  ‘ said ’  after the words ‘ the defendant’ ;

2.In paragraph 24 on page 9 line D,  add  ‘ and ’ after the words ‘ Magistrates’ Court’ ; and

3.In paragraph 28 on page 10 line A,  add  ‘ and he had no savings ’ after the words ‘ per month’.
