(1) In paragraph 17, on page 8, the word “shareholder” in line three shall be replaced with “shareholding” and in the fourth line it should read “..H has conceded that the whatever …”.
(2) In paragraph 22, on page 9, the word “were” in line four shall be replaced with “was”.
(3) In paragraph 198, on page 73, there be inserted the word “a” before the words “continuing duty” in line three.
(4) In paragraph 200, on page 75, the word “to” before the words “engage in guesswork” in line four, is to be deleted.

(10) At line H on page 112, the date “16th to 19th October 2024” should be replaced and read as “16th to 19th October 2023”.
