1. The defendant in this case, Miss Magsino, has entered pleas of not guilty to two charges. The 1 st charge is causing death by dangerous driving contrary to section 36(1) of the Road Traffic Ordinance, Cap 374, the deceased person being Elodie Ma. The 2 nd charge is causing grievous bodily harm by dangerous driving to four persons, PWs1 to 4, that charge being under Section 36A of the relevant Ordinance.
