On 5 November 2025 I handed down judgment (“ Judgment ”) in respect of the 3 rd Plaintiff’s (“ SIL ”) application by Originating Summons filed on 17 March 2025 for an order that the Defendant (“ Linklaters ”) to produce certain documents described in detail in the Judgment.
