Please note that the following correction in the Decision dated 23 March 2026:-
1.At page 2, line A, “s” should be deleted.
2.At page 31, paragraph 120 should read:
“… None of the grounds of opposition is valid and the Summons should not have been contested…”.
3.At page 32, the legal representation of the Plaintiff should read:
