Please note the following correction in the Decision:-

1.At page 1, line D, “MISCELLANEOUS PROCEEDINGS NO 2250 OF 2016” should read “MISCELLANEOUS PROCEEDINGS NO 2550 OF 2016”.

2.At page 1, line Q, Date of Decision should read “14 August 2017” instead of “15 August 2017”.

3.At page 28, line K and line L, the legal representation of the plaintiff and of the 1^st to 6^th defendants should read respectively as:

“Mr Edward Alder, instructed by Tanner De Witt, for the plaintiff.
