Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 24 April 2026: -

1.  At line S on page 7 (paragraph 21)  the word "FLOQR” should read as "FLOOR".

2.  At line E-F on page 18 (paragraph 43(ii)), the last three words of the 1^st sentence "to come forth” should be deleted.

3.  At line S on page 20 (paragraph 48), the word “D3” after the words “D3 had not been validly inserted” should be deleted.
