The defendant pleaded guilty to two charges of “Dealing/Attempting to deal with property known or believed to represent proceeds of an indictable offence” (commonly known as “money laundering”), contrary to section 25(1) and (3) of the Organized and Serious Crimes Ordinance, Cap 455 and sections 159G and 159J of the Crimes Ordinance, Cap. 200.
