This is the Applicant’s appeal against the decision of Deputy High Court Judge Levy (“ the Judge ”) dated 27 March 2026 (“ the Decision ”) refusing to grant leave to apply for judicial review of the decision of the Director of Immigration (“ the Director ”) dated 17 May 2021 (“ the Director’s Subsequent Decision ”), refusing the Applicant’s request to make a claim under s.37ZO of the Immigration Ordinance (Cap.115) (“ the Request ”).
