Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 3 August 2026: -

1.Page 8, paragraph 24, line G to H: “and transfer the same” should read as “and transferred the same”;

2.Page 23, paragraph 63, line G to H: “pass good title to stole property” should read as “pass good title to stolen property”;

3.Page 62, paragraph 166, line D: “turned out of the forged” should read as “turned out to be forged”;

4.Page 71, paragraph 188.5, line K: “first and second category” should read as “first and second categories”;

5.Page 74, paragraph 193, line K to L: “purchaser of the cashier’s order, leading” should read as “purchase of the cashier’s order, leaving”; and

6.Page 81, paragraph 218, line U: “into the Default’s Account” should read as “into the Defendant’s Account”.
