Please note the following amendments in the Decision on Costs handed down on 30 July 2026:-
Page 6, paragraph 8(2)(b): “Although his speeches were slurred,
they were comprehensive, coherent and relevant.” should read as “Although his speeches were slurred,
they were comprehensible, coherent and relevant.”.
Page 7, paragraph 9(4): “……I am of the view that the
Plaintiff knew, …….” should read as “……I am of the view that the Defendant knew, …….”.
