1.Substitute paragraph 3 with the following paragraph

“The applicant has not requested for an oral hearing when he filed the Leave Application. In the circumstances, this court will determine the Leave Application without a hearing: O.53, r.3 (3) of the Rules of the High Court.”

2.Delete the heading “Withdrawal application” and its subsequent paragraph 8.

3.Delete the heading “Removal of the applicant” and its subsequent paragraph 9.

4.Renumber paragraph 10 as 8.
