Please note the following corrections in the Judgment dated 29 May 2026:-

1.At paragraph 91(3), the words “do that” should be added after the word “not”.

2.At paragraph 126, the sentence should read as “Thus, I agree with P that the Security Arrangement is defective as a matter of law due to want of (a) consideration and/or (b) compliance with the provisions of CPO.”

3.At paragraph 165, between line P and Q, the word “decametre” should be amended as “demarcate”.

4.At paragraph 181(3), the sentence should read as “In case the Defendant defaults on paragraph (2) above …”.
