Please note the following corrigendum in the Judgment dated 27 August 2026:-

1.At paragraph 322 (1), the sentence should read as “The Words to Oldendorff, the Words to Marubeni, the Words to Skuld and the Words to ADM, published by the Defendant, are defamatory of the Plaintiff.”

2.At paragraph 362 (3), the sentence should read as “The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff interest on the said sum of HK$180,000 from the date of service of the Writ to the date of this order, at the judgment rate.”
