Please note the following corrections in the Form CALL-1: -

.Paragraph 16 should read "The applicants filed Form 86 on 21 November 2023 for leave to apply for judicial review of the Board’s Decisions."

.Paragraph 17 should read: "In support of their application, the mother has raised the grounds below to challenge the Board’s Decisions."

.Paragraph 18 should read: "The role of this Court is supervisory, meaning that it ensures that the Board complied with the public law requirements in coming to the Board’s Decisions on the applicants’ appeal. ..."

.Paragraph 19 should read: "The Court will bear in mind that the Board’s Decisions should be examined with rigorous examination and anxious scrutiny. "

.Paragraph 20 should read: "The grounds under paragraph 17 are bare assertions without any evidence in support. They are invalid to challenge the Board’s Decisions. It is obvious that the daughter was represented by a duty lawyer, who would have submitted her case, including the child specific issues to the Board. The Board had set out those issues in the Board’s Decision on the daughter and it had also dealt with them. ...".

.Paragraph 22 should read: "I refuse to grant leave to the applicants to apply for judicial review of the Board’s Decisions."
