Please note the following corrigendum in the Decision dated 14 August 2026: -

1.  At page 2 between line O and P, the words, “work progresses be registered to The Land Registry”, should read as “work progresses be registered at The Land Registry”; and

2.  At page 2 between line S and T, the words, “Investigation of administrative and practices of Lands Department”, should read as “Investigation of administrative and malpractices of Lands Department”;

3.  At page 4 between line F and G, the words, “However, by latter dated 5 August 2026”, should read as “However, by letter dated 5 August 2026”;

4.  At page 4 between line M and N, the words, “who should have referred my complaint from submitted to Buildings Department to Lands Department by late March”, should read as “who should have referred my complaint form submitted to Buildings Department to Lands Department by late March”;

5.  At page 4 between line O and P, the words, “After Paul Wai-cheong Wong of Lands Departments issued the updated cease work order whose bilingual version did not match with each other”, should read as “After Paul Wai-cheong Wong of Lands Departments issued the undated cease work order whose bilingual version did not match with each other”;
