1. These 2 actions were consolidated by an order dated 11 May 1999. The Plaintiff brings these actions against the 2 Defendants asking for the return of the rent deposits paid by the Plaintiff under 2 tenancy agreements. The Plaintiff also claims to be reimbursed for its payment of the management fund deposits in October 1994.
