This is an appeal against the order of the Small Claims Tribunal made on 3 April 2001, whereby the learned adjudicator entered judgment for the respondent against the 1st appellant for $19,500 and the 2nd appellant for $24,500, being outstanding membership fees for the period between January 1998 and June 1999.
