There are three separate actions with the two Plaintiffs, Chark Fung Securities Company Limited ("CFS") and Kee Fung Sing International Finance ("KFS") suing Ming Fung Goldsmith in one action and Link Standard Limited in another. In the third action "CFS" and "KFS" are joined by Ming Fung Bullion Company Limited ("MFB") as the third Plaintiff against Lau Miu King.
