The plaintiffs claim against the 1st defendant for HK$30,000,000.00 being the balance of sale proceeds, against the 2nd and 3rd defendants for declaratory relief as to their entitlement of such sale proceeds and against the 4th defendant for damages for breach of warranty of authority.
