J U D G M E N T

1. The Appellant was sentenced to 15 months' imprisonment for possession of a forged identity card and he was sentenced to one month's imprisonment for overstaying in Hong Kong, both sentences to run concurrently.

2. From what the Appellant has told me, I do not find that the sentences are excessive or that the Magistrate acted in anyway wrong. I therefore dismiss the appeal.
