Both these proceedings arise out of a dispute between three of the shareholders of a company called Ricacorp Properties Ltd (Ricacorp), the 3rd defendant in the High Court action and the 1st respondent in the Miscellaneous Proceedings, both proceedings being ordered to be heard together by Yeung J on 21 September 2000.
