1. In this action the plaintiffs ("FSL"), who are International Freight Forwarders, claim an indemnity and/or damages in respect of US$18,876.16 against the defendants, the owners of the vessel Korea Wonis-Sun ("the vessel") in respect of damage to a cargo of tinned Chinese mushrooms allegedly occurring during the course of a voyage from Hong Kong to Seattle commencing on 28th July 1987.
