JUDGMENT

-----------------

1. The appellant pleaded guilty to using an identity card relating to another person and was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment. He is due for release on 5th June.

2. A certificate has now been received from Pengpai Hospital in Haifeng indicating that his father has had a massive stroke. He is apparently on the verge of death.

3. For this reason I allowed the appeal and reduced the sentence to permit his immediate release.
