The plaintiffs in the consolidated action are pilots who were employed by the 1st defendant, Cathay Pacific Airways Limited or the 2nd defendant, Veta Limited. Veta Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited who employ aircrew who live in countries other than Hong Kong or the USA.
