1. This is a petition to wind up Video Epoch Limited, ("the Company") presented by a company based in Singapore. The debt in the petition is a judgment debt in HCA No. 2648 of 2002 obtained on 1 November 2002 in the sum of US$161,496.05. A demand for the debt was served on the Company on 18 December 2002 and the petition was presented on 9 January 2003.
