A demand for the debt was served on the Company on 18 December 2002 and the petition was presented on 9 January 2003.

The debt in the petition is a judgment debt in HCA No. 2648 of 2002 obtained on 1 November 2002 in the sum of US$161,496.05. A demand for the debt was served on the Company on 18 December 2002 and the petition was presented on 9 January 2003. 2.On 10 March 2003, I adjourned the matter for seven days for the parties to conduct negotiations for settlement. I understand from the petitioner's counsel and this is confirmed by a letter of the Company's solicitors dated 12 March 2003 that the Company no longer opposes the petition. 3.In the circumstances, I make a winding-up order against the Company and I order that the costs of the petition are to be paid out of the Company's assets.
