An award was made by the Labour Tribunal in the sum of HK$87,427.60 on 13 June 2002. 2.The judgment debt has not been paid by the Company despite a demand served on 18 November 2002. The petition herein was presented on 20 January 2003. I have been handed up a letter from the Company's solicitors dated 17 March 2003 stating that they have no instructions to oppose the petition. 3.In the circumstances, I make a winding-up order against the Company and I order that the petitioner's costs are to be paid out of the Company's assets.
