1. This is an application by some of the Plaintiffs to Re-Amend the Statement of Claim against the 3rd Defendant, Wing Lung Bank ("Wing Lung") which application is strongly resisted. The separate application to re-amend against the 5th Defendant, Liu Chong Hing Bank ("Liu Chong Hing") has been dealt with and is not the subject of this Judgment.
