The appellants pleaded guilty to using an identity card relating to another person and were sentenced to 18 months imprisonment. 2. For the reasons given in R. v. WONG Pik-yu M.A. 968/88 and by Barnes, J. in R. V. TZE Wai-chun M.A. 1064/88, the appeals are allowed and the sentences reduced to 15 months imprisonment.
