Power, V.-P.(giving the judgment of the Court):

This applicant faced one count of dangerous drug and was sentenced after trial to 6½ years' imprisonment. The sentence followed the guidelines laid down by this court in the case of Lau Tak-ming. Nothing the applicant has said suggests that the trial judge was in any way wrong in following those guidelines. There is nothing of merit in this application and it is dismissed.

Vice-President Justice of Appeal

Representation:

Ms. Wong Kam-hing A.P.C.C. (Ag.) (Crown Prosecutor) for the Respondent.
