1． 申請人是Apartment 4 on 1st Floor of Tower B and Car Parking Space No. 103 on Parking Deck 2, San Francisco Tower, No. 35 Ventris Road, Happy Valley, Hong Kong（“處所”）的租客，而答辯人是處所的業主。處所的租賃期是由1999年6月1日起至2001年5月31日止，每月租金為15,000元，包括差餉及政府地租，但不包括管理費。
