1. 申請人是Unit A, 12th floor and Car Parking Space No. 5 on Lower Ground Floor, Carmina Place, Nos. 7-9 Deep Water Bay Drive, Hong Kong ("處所")的租客；答辯人是處所的業主。申請人的申請，是要求土地審裁處授予新租賃，而答辯人同意該申請。雙方同意新租賃可從2001年6月1日起開始計算，為期兩年。因此本席只需裁決新租賃的租金及相關條款。
