1． 申請人是Apartment D, 6th Floor, Block CD and Car Parking Space No. 19, Grenville House, 1-3A Magazine Gap Road, Hong Kong（“處所”）的租客，而答辯人是處所的業主。處所的租賃期是由 1999年8月1日起至2001年7月31日止，每月的租金是85,000元，不包括差餉及管理費。申請人的申請是要求土地審裁處授予新租賃。答辯人並沒有反對授予申請人新租賃。雙方同意新租賃可由2001年 8月1日起至2003年7月31日止。因此本席只需裁決新租賃的租金及相關條款。
