These are applications for interim interlocutory injunctions restraining the Defendants in each action from infringing what the Applicants say is their copyright in a video game known as "PAC-MAN". The Applicants also found their action on passing - off but this was not as strenuously argued. They also seek consequential orders that the Defendants be restrained from disposing of any offending articles which are now in their possession and the usual order that the Defendants filed an affidavit
