1. I have before me an application by the Plaintiffs for the court to appoint an arbitrator on behalf of the Defendants pursuant to Article 11(4) of the Model Law. In view of the fact that this is the first time the court has had to consider the provisions of Article 7 of the Model Law I propose to deliver this judgment in open court.
