2. In the present case, the trust property is the above - mentioned Flat A, 6th floor, Tung Fat House, 306-310A Sai Yeung Choi Street, Kowloon ("the trust property"). The trust is held on the trusts declared by a declaration of trust dated 28th June 1978 and made by the plaintiff. By the declaration, of trust, the plaintiff declared that she held the trust property upon trust for her daughters, Wong Fung Kam and the defendant, as tenants in common in equal shares.
