1. The Appellant was sentenced to nine months' imprisonment for unlawful possession of a dangerous drug. He was stopped in the street by a police officer, who found on him one packet of dangerous drugs containing 0.1 gramme of salts of esters of morphine. The Appellant appeals against his sentence.
