1. In this case, the Appellant had filed an appeal in respect of his conviction on a charge of indecent assault. Today, which was the day of the hearing, he has failed to attend. I have been through this file and looked at the magistrate's transcript and I have looked also at the Statement of Findings. I am satisfied that there was ample evidence on which the magistrate could found the conviction of indecent assault and for that reason, I dismiss the appeal.
