1. This petition was brought by Harvard Addhair Technologies Ltd based on a judgment debt, being an order for costs made in HCA No. 4404 of 1996 on 19 November 1999. An Interim Certificate of Costs was issued on 6 April 2001 and the amount of costs payable under that Certificate with interest thereon calculated up to 11 July 2001 was HK$526,874.15.
