The Respondent issued statutory demands against the Applicants based on the judgment they obtained in High Court Action No.11023/98. The Applicants applied to set aside the statutory demands. The application was heard by me together with the Applicants' appeal against the summary judgment in the High Court action. In view of the dismissal of the appeal, the application to set aside the statutory demands is also dismissed. I will grant leave to the Respondent to amend the statutory demands to reflect the payment out of the money in court. The Respondent is to have the costs nisi of the application.
