The appellant, Bob Lit, was convicted by Mr. Anthony To in the magistrate's court at Tsuen Wan of an offence contrary to section 9(2) of the Trade Descriptions Ordinance, Cap. 362 and fined $5,000.He appealed to this court against his conviction. These are my reasons for having dismissed the appeal at the conclusion of the hearing.
