J U D G M E N T

As, at the request to the parties, I am handing down this judgment, I make the following further orders nisi :-

(1)Interest

The special damages of $334,469.00 will carry interest at 4% from 6th September 1982 until today. The general damages of $150,000.00  $589,875.00 will carry interest at 2% p.a. from 1st March 1985 until today.

(2)Costs

The defendant must pay the plaintiff's costs to be taxed if not agreed. There must also be an order for Legal Aid Taxation of the plaintiff's costs
