1. This petition for winding-up is presented by Fortis Bank Asia HK on 13 December 2001 on the basis of a statutory demand served on the Company on 27 September 2001 demanding payments of US$4,315,843.18. The matter first came before Deputy Judge Woolley on 4 March 2002. As the petition was opposed by some contributories, directions were given for evidence to be filed by the opposing contributories within 42 days and for the petitioner to reply 42 days thereafter.
